So, I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the owner. I bought a car in June of 2023, and have had 2 issues with it. However, both issues were caused by the place i get my oil changed. Not the car itself. That's another story. At any rate, i ended up calling the owner from where i bought the car from to get an opinion--and some help. The owner, no questions asked, fixed it both times. He didn't have to, but he did. The car is amazing, but his customer service is top notch. I highly recommend him. You'll be taken care of. I'm truly grateful 🙏

I bought a used higher-mileage VW GTI two months ago from R&Z Auto Group, and it's been flawless so far. Hyder was patient, understanding, and reasonable. Before purchasing, he let me drive the car to get a third-party inspection. He runs an honest dealership, and that is unfortunately hard to come by these days. I was so relieved to finally find a dealer that doesn't BS you with fees, lies, and "let me see what my manager in the back can do". I would definitely recommend R&Z to any of my friends.

I can’t give 10 stars but I wish I could. First time buying a car as a 24 year old. I went to numerous dealers and almost all tried to take advantage of me and upsell me. They also kept hounding me for expensive warranties and would say I should expect 12+% APYS. I was sick of it! I finally found R&Z and the reviews were high. There was a car I was interested in as well so I contacted them! They were incredibly helpful, maintained honest communication, and was actively trying to help me get the best APY I could find for a loan. (Went though UFCU) He helped me understand the full process of buying a car and what to check for and made me feel super comfortable. I got the car inspected and it was in amazing condition. Only problem was that the new pads weren’t aligned well with the rotor

Amazing experience, great car. I loved working with Hyder he was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely reasonable with price. He was helpful with extended warranty options, tags etc. Highly recommend.
