Raceway Express Car Wash

Liked this car wash - have courteous staff and detailing station. The car gets washed properly with having reasonable pricing. The vacuum station is located near after car washing and offer variety of self service drying station. The suction power of the vacuum is not that powerful. Overall clean and reliable cat wash.

A year ago I would have given this place 5 stars, but it drops down to 3 stars because of changes they made. Before if you got a car wash you could a second one free within a certain time frame, but they got rid of that, plus, they increased the prices. Even though they increased the prices and got rid of the free second car wash, the quality of the service and car wash has not improved. Also, I paid for the best car wash and I still had a lot of bug guts on the front of my car. I did my best to get them off, but it should have come off when going through the car wash, especially, if I paid for the best wash service.

I recently got my jeep washed here and the spare tire cover fell off in the washing area. I realized after 10 mins while i was cleaning the interior of the car. I went back and asked the team on ground and they said they dont see it. They lied to me. It feel there and one of their team members picked up. Extremely disappointed with this place. I go often here but will avoid and will also warn others. I used to go hear for regular car wash and vacuuming

Disappointing Experience Under New Management I've been a loyal customer here for years and have always appreciated the good service—especially the bug detail spray, which has been a lifesaver and a big reason I kept coming back. Unfortunately, today was a different story. I paid for a wash and bug detail, but what I received felt like a complete scam. The attendant mentioned their sprayer at the gate wasn’t working, so they’d take care of it in the wash bay. But when I got in line, the attendant simply pushed the start button and sent me through—no pre-soak, no scrub, no bug spray. Nothing. This wasn’t just a slip-up—it was a total lack of service. First, and only time I tried this versus my usual place off Rd 423. Not impressed with the actual car wash which uses hard brushes or the additional paid cleaning package for my 4Runner. I had been on some dirt roads (not mud) but the dirt was still clearly on undercarriage, tires, mud-flaps, back door ledge, bugs juice on front and seats not wiped down. When you can see this immediately as you walk to your car you know they don’t really care.
