Raceway Express Car Wash

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While entering the self car wash tunnel, something inside the facility scratched my front right rim. The damage clearly happened inside the car wash. I reported the issue immediately, completed their incident report, took photos of the damage and the location, and personally spoke with the on-site manager (Ryan). I was told I would receive a follow-up call, but no one ever contacted me. At this point, nothing has been done despite providing all documentation. I am hoping management takes responsibility and resolves this professionally. I will update this review if the issue is handled.

I just want to send an extra shout out to Jessica at this car wash on 8th avenue and Alma School has amazing I mean amazing customer service she made me feel so appreciated and she really cared if I was satisfied with my wash. I give this wash a five star just because of that young lady. It seems like God is shining through her. Thank you little lady you're amazing.

Joshua Desmond helped me out today and he was very knowledgeable respectful and i like that this time when i went to this specific wash there was towels to dry my vehicle. I have went plenty of times to this specific location and i would have to ask for towels because all the towels slots were empty. So today i had a very good experience. Thanks to Joshua Desmond and the other kid that was there this afternoon. I didnt get his name but they both are doing a great job. Better than the older people haha.

Cheap wash doesn't do anything, just ran over my vehicle with soapy pads. Other car washes have a similarly priced wash that actually washes your car and uses soap and water. Would've either asked to run through again or asked for a refund, but the car wash ended up getting shut down.

Joshua Desmond was the first Raceway employee, that I have met on my 10 or so visits there, who did not pressure me to purchase more than I wanted. because of that, I purchased more than I had planned on purchasing! While I was cleaning my car, he came over to check on me to make sure I had everything I needed! Great service!
