Radiator Express

There all aluminum tig welded radiators don't last and they won't warranty after a year, spent over $500 that's 5 times what one would cost at AutoZone for it to only last a couple years and them to tell me 12 month warranty. I won't be buying anymore radiators here. It's rare I leave a bad review but this place deserved another, their ratings speak for themselves. Stick with the life time warranty duralast from autozone 3 core keeps my truck cool on hills. Yeah took them 4 months to respond to my bad review to just blame me for thiere 12 month policy.

Got it the next day at the best price! Extremely hard radiator to find being a Workhorse R26 UFO chassis motorhome gas pusher Winnebago Adventurer Limited. Local shop wanted $2889 to build it, other online places no luck whatsoever, actually had ordered from NVB Equipment but after waiting several days they did not come thru. Absolute bargain at $1127 delivered.

Place an order with Radiator Express the same day 1 hour later via Mike the administrator stated the radiator required special inlet and Outlet openings that are screwed into the radiator functionality would be possible in any event. I instructed MIKE to hold shipment until the openings to the radiator where confirmed he agreed. After examining the radiator I then realized it was all wrong and called back the next day to correct the order. I then learn the radiator was shipped. Why? I asked MIKE the administrator and he said there must have been some miscommunication. Bingo! So as a result of miscommunication it was decided I refused the order when it was received at my place of business. I asked for a full refund and did not get to recover the shipping cost due to my negligence? I lo

Be Careful! I ordered some parts through this company online and my credit card was hacked just days after. This was the first time I used this company. All of my other uses of my card during that time were with companies that I have used in the past. Tried to call and talk to them and got nothing. Wouldn't even talk to me. I'm sure that they are a fine company but... Luckily my credit card company caught it before to much was charged. Still a major hassle to have to cancel old card and wait for new. Just watch your card!
