Can't say enough good things about our sales rep Pam, very helpful finding those hard to find parts, the new rep's at other company's got nothing on this lady.

I operate as Tim's Repair. I have been a heavy Truck and car technician all my life. Also a Ford technician for 12 years. I have slowed with business. That being said I have been using 1800Radiator oh roughly 9 years. They never dissapoint, very honest and kind people running the show,they have no haggle life time warranty on most of there products if you haven't used them I highly recommend 👌

Great customer service, on time deliveries

Terrible customer service. If they send you the wrong parts they will not swap out the correct ones they want a double payment then either don’t refund or it takes 10 phone calls and months to get a refund check. I was a loyal customer spending 15k a year but I’m over it won’t ever use this place again I suggest amazon or Pep Boys if you need it right away!
