Radiator Store II Inc

I'm in Ottawa, Canada and was looking for a rad for my 1967 Chrysler 300. The local auto parts stores didn't have anything and there was nothing online either. I kinda wasn't surprised, but still a little frustrated. One store told me to try calling 1-800-Radiator. 1-800-Radiator searched their network and amazingly found one for me in New Jersey at The Radiator Store. I called them to ask if they could send me pictures of the rad. I wanted to be sure it's a drop-in replacement. The agent was super chill with the request. He just asked me what's my number to text me the pics. Super helpful service. Rad is on the way. I didn't think it was going to be this easy. Thank you to everyone at The Radiator Store and 1-800-Radiator. Highly recommend.

Avoid this company at all cost!!!! I've been using them for many many for radiators alternators etc for my auto repair shop. Over the years whenever there was a discrepancy over the wrong part or something that didn't fit they always gave me a hard time they wouldn't give me a refund I had to fight for my money and now with another defective part that I had to eat the labor to replace they wouldn't give me my money, only a store credit even after I told them to close my account and I won't be calling them anymore, explaining that they will lose all future business over 251 dollars, they pretty much said so be it. So I caution everyone who reads this stay away from this company there are far better companies to buy radiators starters alternators air conditioning supplies etc from that will

Overpriced part, charged me $148 on Radiator, I could have gotten from Rockauto for $80 +$10 delivered. Part was wrong, had extra port , when I tried to return, the parts mgr. told me that the blue dust cap would hold the high temp/pressure of the coolant. I insisted either I get the right part or he pays for the replacement when it starts leaking. He ordered the correct part for me the same day. new part was missing all dust caps, I guess I will should pre-flush so I don't get Styrofoam in my trans. Also note, when purchasing, someone takes your CC and Driver's license in the back room for about 20 minutes. and I had to wait over 30 min, for the initial part they had in stock. I will leave it up to you to decide if you want to deal with this place.

Very good with dealing with the general public as well as dealerships. Good pricing too. I was very impressed with the concern of the sales guy ( didn't get his name-but he is 1 reason for review, price is other) after he took my order to make sure i was being taken care of in a timely manner. Location is the only set back but i was able to find it. Great job and i would recommend this company any time and now everytime when i know u need a radiator or alternator and or hoses etc..
