Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to cancel our radio install. Canceled more than 4 days in advance of the appointment yet they absolutely refuse to give us back our $200 deposit. When you give them that much notice and they won’t give your deposit back then I would say don’t trust them. Sketchy business. Find a different place to go where they are more customer service oriented and not just about taking your money. 😡 even tried talking to the owner but he didn’t care.

I had to go have my vehicle serviced and right off the bat the gal that we spoke with was extremely rude, no help, attitude right from the get go. I suggest unless you have no choice to go see this shop, you make the extra drive to Murfreesboro or elsewhere! If you don’t like your job there get a new one. Highly do not recommend. I will continue and respond here, my account was in good standing and paid in full. I know why I was there so you putting it out there isn’t going to change the situation. The issue on hand is the attitude of your techs and employees. I went because my interlock was locked out and I couldn’t use my service center, so let’s stick to the issue at hand, your service center is the most unprofessional, your staff is like children in high school with no service backgro

Well this is LD and I hate giving bad reviews but I've tried 3 times to talk to Chad which I've known for years not really friends but I know him and I've called 2 times and I went by there and talked to a guy Jake or something like that and he priced 3 decent single den radios for around 150 bucks and to install it 318 when asked about one of those floating stereos he priced a planet audio p90 for 350 dollars and I found the p100 a newer model for 100 bucks cheaper when I confronted him about the price he said I could buy a radio and bring it to him and he would install it but couldn't tell me how much he would charge me then he said I might want to check somewhere else like the guy in Manchester C. A. R. S. Custom Auto which I have talked to about it and he did give me a better price but

Great service and very fair prices. We’ve used them many times. These guys fixed a faulty back up camera that I bought from them, and they installed, with no fuss and quickly. They’re friendly and not pushy at all. They give great advice about what might (and might not) fit your needs. We will continue to use their products and services.

We had my boyfriend’s intoxolock removed this morning, how do you leave a vehicle like this?? And the customer service is awful very rude and disrespectful luckily my boyfriend dealt with that part of it, I would not have been as nice as he was.😁
