First time customer and very satisfied. Rich tested and researched the coolant loss and error codes and fixed them. He saved me several hundred dollars from a previous estimate that included a not-worth-it opinion. A week after the repair; the leak and engine light are fixed. I’ll bring my VW back to Rich with confidence. He is a very competent and reasonable mechanic that I recommend.
One man shop with experience! Thankfully he was able to see the car and fix it quickly. For one person, I'm amazed at how well he does this. Very honest and so happy to have found him. Thank you again!!
