I recently had an urgent situation with my truck while traveling home to Atlanta before Christmas, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible service I received at Raffield Tires on Russell Parkway in Warner Robins. Feeling anxious and uncertain, I said a prayer and was guided to call the shop. As a woman, I often feel uneasy when it comes to talking to mechanics, but the gentlemen at Raffield Tires went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to listen, assess the issues with my truck, and worked diligently to get me back on the road safely and quickly. Their kindness and expertise gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. I will forever be thankful for their support, especially during the holiday season. This Raffield location has been great to me for years. Even in recent management changes. The service received is top notch. This location has always taken care of all of my automotive service needs. I was just here to get air in my tires and the people here were AMAZING. I spoke to CJ on the phone beforehand and he was very kind and told me what I needed to know. I did not catch the name of the man who put air in my tires, but he was also nice and helpful. Thank ya'll!
