Great locally owned shop. They were kind enough to help me out not once but twice. The first time they filled up my tire. A few weeks later I discovered I may have a leak and it ended up behind a simple fix for them and they handled it for me within an hour free of charge. Very kind of them - I’ll be back next time I need a new tire.

I'm lucky to have a auto repair company that I can trust. Fair,promt and excellent work. If they are unable to help me, they only recommend people that they trust.

I brought my 2015 Lexus into Ragusa’s yesterday at 1 p.m. for inspection and repair. Later in the day, they called to let me know my water pump and serpentine belt needed to be replaced. After sharing the price of the relatively expensive repair, they weren’t pushy and gave me time to consider my options. It sounded like they would be okay if I said I wanted to wait. Something about it made me feel comfortable moving forward with them instead of shopping around, so I decided to move forward and have them order the part. I was able to pick up my car this afternoon. I’d never been to a mechanic before (I always go to the dealership for maintenance), so I was worried about being taken advantage of. Since I moved here 5 years ago I've taken all my cars to Ragusa's! Phillip is great and is really good about keeping me in the loop about my car when it's in the shop. For a standard oil change, tire rotation, and checkup, I can bring my car in at 8AM and he'll be finished with it by 10! Quick service, excellent communication, and great people. 5/5!

Recently brought in for check engine light after having codes saying I needed two emissions parts. I took it Ragusas and they just tightened the gas cap. They ran codes deep codes and stated I needed two camshaft sensors. Was initially suspicious but had the work done anyway. Gas mileage improved significantly. Must have been a problem for 5 yrs. Was more than satisfied. Just brought my car in today to find source of a noise in engine well. I have so much trust. I have used them for years. Reasonably priced.
