Somebody broke two of my windows, and I found that this place offered a competitive price and was able to get the job done the very next day. Alan is great. I highly recommend working with him. He was transparent about the pricing for both parts and labor. He's attentive and goes above and beyond! I dropped off my car a little later in the day once the parts were ready, but they were still able to accommodate me and complete the work within a few hours. They even offered me a rideshare back home, which was amazing, and their lobby was well-stocked with drinks and snacks.

I noticed that my car was louder than before so I assumed that it was time to get a transmission fluid change since it's been long overdue. I called rainbow auto and Mario told me that he could take care of me the same day. After a quick test drive he diagnosed the issue right away and notified me that it wasn't my transmission, instead it was a broken ball bearing that was making that sound that had been haunting me for weeks. He broke down the pricing in a clear and concise manner, ordered the part, and was very transparent about the issue. He also let me know that it wouldn't be dangerous to drive on while I waited for the part to arrive.
