Poor customer service and The owner Mike kept giving me poor reasons why my car wasn't ready. The other workers would lie to me when I ask for the owner like he had a family emergency. They ordered the wrong motor and I ended up loosing my full-time waiting on them to fix my only transporation to get my back and forward to my job off the bus line. I also had my valve cover or the cover that goes over my motor damage with a crack and car oil stains on my back seats. I eventually had to buy a motor in September of this year to get my own car fix, when Mike was suppose to get the engine. I tow my car to them in June 18,2025 and it didnt finally get fix to Oct,1,2025 and I ask to look at my car two days before, that when the owner acting like he wanted to fight me and told me to get out of h

I was referred to Rainbow Muffler by my mechanic, and I’m so glad I took their recommendation! I’ve been here multiple times with different cars, and every experience has been top-notch. The service is reliable, the pricing is fair, and they always get the job done right. I’ve even referred friends and family, and they’ve all been just as satisfied. I was referred to this shop by a friend. I called about a catalytic converter and dropped off my car. They gave a quote of 600.. They kept my car 3 days . Not to mention I called all 3 days for updates and the man was rude 😒 each time. They called once finished but says the price was 720. I stayed calm and just happy to get my car back. When standing to pay the cost became 810.00. I was so mad and just wanted my keys. Never going back to this place. Unnecessary time and money dealing with them. BAD BUSINESS!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! FULL OF LIES!!!

I brought my car in for a simple flange replacement for the muffler. The technician told me he could possibly do it. He doesn’t know if he can do it. I said if you cannot do it, do not work on my car. He proceeded to tell me what he felt more comfortable doing, which was welding my whole exhaust together, which would make it inaccessible to work on certain parts of my car if it was welded together. He then gave me a crazy price to weld it together because he didn’t feel comfortable welding it. I told him to drop my car and I will leave. I don’t understand why someone who cannot weld something together. Proceeds to give me a price, but told me “he can possibly weld it”
