Raindancer Car Wash

SuperWash Car came out immaculate But!! During the wash the undercarriage+wax+tri foam & the high gloss body protection lights NEVER came on dose that mean all I got was a regular wash?

I've been there many times. Today I went to the drive-thru car wash. The guy looked at me like I shot his cat because I dared to want to wash my car while he was smoking a cigarette. When I was entering he had me about 3 inches to far left and was telling me to just drive straight while my car was clearly in the wrong position. Once in the wash bay I must have accidentally hit my parking brake. He started the machine and I couldn't get the brake to turn off. My bad! I admit it, it's a new car. But I couldn't be the only person that has ever happened to??? Then the guy got all pissed off and instead of idk maybe helping me hes just yelling. I'm trying to both turn the stupid parking break off and explain whats happening to a guy who is now completely belligerent. I don't think its the car w

Went there tonight for the first time. I was in line behind a car and when the driver pulled up to the attendant the attendant was very rude and yelled at the driver because they didnt put their car in neutral fast enough. This threw me off because I go to another car wash up the road and the attendants are always friendly. When its my turn I pull up, money ready to give to the attendant. He proceeds to yell at me the same way he did to the previous car. Then before I put my car in neutral he screamed at me that it wasnt in neutral, didn't spray my car and walked away. Not sure what this guys issue is but he should not be working with the public! The car wash was at a discounted price, but this was my first and last time going there. I will gladly pay more if it means I am going

I was here today to wash my car. I used the automatic bay, and paid for a deluxe carwash for 12 dollars. I went here because they are inexpensive and do a decent wash Job and they are close by. Anyway, as my car was being washed the car wash just stopped working and shut off. My car has soap on it and everything..I waited a min or two to see if it would start back up and it did not. I called the number to this establishment several times to let them know their car wash was not operating properly and no answer. I've never been trapped in a car wash before and this was scary to me. I did eventually realize there was a emergency release towards the end of the bay..so I was able to actually get out. I used the self service bay and after I was done rinsing and drying my car there was a white residue left on the entire surface of my car. I had rinsed it twice too. This isn't the first place I had this problem. The only thing I think is when you have all these different cleaners going through a shared line they aren't clearing out the line thoroughly. That means you have to let the water run for a while which means more money for more time. Just use their laser wash it seems more at first but does a better job and when all said and done you spend about the same amount of cash.
