I’ve brought my Jeep to them twice, and they where very honest with me in what I needed fixed after they checked my levels. I appreciated the honesty and appreciated the assistance. I had to get my vehicle towed and they didn’t make me sit in the cold and let me hang out in their waiting room. Thank you 😊
The folks working on the day I came in were awesome. Shared knowledge about cars. Was easygoing and did not pressure me into anything. They did a great job, and all had sunny friendly attitudes.
Very friendly and professional service from Lex and Pauly. Pauly the manager went out of his way to fix my passenger side headlight. He took the time to go the extra mile for me. I was very happy and grateful for his kindness. He didn’t have to do it but he did. Thank you!
Quick and efficient, oil change, trans fluid and coolant flush in about 40 minutes, coupon makes all services reasonably priced.
This was my third time going to the Glenville Valvoline. Everyone I have interacted with there is kind, personable and knowledgeable. I never feel taken advantage of. They're all so helpful!
