The absolute worst experience ever!! I only had my car 3 days, still had dealer tags on it! I went through the carwash first time, no problems… I noticed while vacuuming it out that my car was still dirty.. being that I had gotten a membership I went through again, this time with a very different outcome. The first time I had to put my car into drive to exit the car wash, This time I turned my music up, leaned my head back and was just loving my new car… then I was jolted into a pole that sits outside of the carwash.It was like the wash pushed me out with such force… I was in neutral, and it creased my hood, cracked my grill, it hit with the force that it would have if I would have been in drive. We purchased a monthly plan, which was a good price we thought. The carwash does not get our car clean at all. A waste of money. The people are always friendly tho

I love this car wash! The shine on my truck is always on point! The customer service is great and not to add the personal tire shine rep Madison was so sweet!!
