Rainstorm Car Wash

When it firstopened it was good - but I guess no maintenance ever gets done. I just had my car washed and nothing touched the back of my car. I watched as one brush swirled around about a foot above the back. Most of the back didn't even get wet. Also the side brushes no longer reach my car.

Just joined for unlimited car washes , I wish I didn’t because this is the worst car wash I’ve ever experienced, I have a 2020 CMC Sierra and it never washes my truck without streaking and doesn’t even wash the tailgate , it’s a waste of money for me and will be cancelling my membership immediately

Car wash damaged my 2021 Camry le hybrid that I took there since it had 4 miles on it. Noticed that it was causing a weird line from front fender all the way to back bumper. Called the cops to file a report since they neglected to file the report after I spoke to the manager on duty. Still waiting to hear back from the corporate office. The district manager told me it was my paints fault from having an interacting with the chemicals they use. Said it could possibly be the tire shine sprayer spraying too high. I can’t even call the Belleville number to cancel my subscription. Going back to clean machine. I should’ve never left been with rainstorm since the grand opening too. Completely dis satisfied with the service here half of the vacuums rarely work too lol

Did a nice job on the car. They need better signage though. Took me and another person a while to figure out you need to push the button to start the vacuum... Also, the prompt makes you think you have t o pay $25 for a wash when it's $19.

It used to be much better. Quality of wash and vacuums has gone down drastically within the last two years. It now barely cleans anything off of your vehicle, half of the time half of the brushes don’t work. You are sent through so quickly it does nothing to clean. They also used to give you 20 cents of a gallon of gas at circle K and now it is only 10 cents off with membership. Spend your money elsewhere.
