Rainstorm Car Wash

Terrible customer service. My husband bought a new truck last night, so we decided to take it for a wash today. He didn't know he had dirt and "woodchips" in the back of the bed. The dude is yelling at him for having it in there. Although the person letting people into the car wash line never said anything or checked either. Instead of clearly asking my husband if he could get out and clean it, he is arguing with my husband about it being there in the first place. Then proceeds to climb over the side of the truck and sweep it out, while still never asking my husband to actually step out of the vehicle to clean it. Then slams the tailgate twice really hard. And then makes the crappy comment of "oh thanks for the help". Never coming here again.

Some of the vacuums worked, but the carwash part is closed and has been closed for over 30 minutes, so I don't know what is going on? Plus there's not enough garbage cans available. I drive for Uber and I need a clean car.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The employee (who resembles the wrestler Sami Zayn) refused to give me the car wash sticker for my vehicle, even though I clearly had the receipt showing I purchased a membership. When I requested a refund, he called his manager. The manager then informed me that they have the right to deny a refund and that they would cancel my membership without returning my money. How can you cancel a service I never used and still keep my payment? To make matters worse, there is no customer support phone number or email available for assistance at Rainstorm. I am now disputing the charge with my bank in order to get my money refunded. I strongly urge anyone considering a membership at this location to be aware of this lack of accou

The past 2 years I had been told when I asked that the car wash program I was using included an underbody wash. I learned recently that the only wash programs that included underbody washes are the top 2 programs, 32.00 or 39.00 wash programs. When I paid for the 32.00 monthly program they insisted they stick the pass on the car windshield of the car I was driving, which was not going to be driven in the winter, and wouldn’t need to be washed daily like they say you can do, so I declined the program. The past 2 years I had trusted the underside was being washed like they assured me, now I know it is only the top 2 monthly programs they do under the car.

Every time I visit the vacuums never work. If they do there is only a few at a time. Having a monthly plan isn't worth not being able to clean the inside.
