I only have good things to say about my experience getting routine service at Rairdon’s Hyundai in Bellingham. The service team is super friendly and helpful. They got me in quickly and the price for a full-synthetic oil change cost less than I expected. There is a comfortable waiting area. Wish I would have bought my car here instead of the dealership in Burlington.

My experience has been unsatisfactory thus far. Upon purchasing the vehicle, it was accompanied by a paint defect and a broken handle. Additionally, I was informed that someone would contact me to assist with setting up the Blue Link system in my vehicle, which included a three-year membership; however, I did not receive any communication. It was only when my vehicle experienced a malfunction that I was compelled to visit the service center, where they finally configured the Blue Link system and repaired the handle. Initially, they attempted to send me a clip for the handle, which was neither the correct color nor the appropriate model. Can't say enough good things about Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham and the experience my wife and I had, buying a brand new Santa Fe Hybrid. Himanshu was exactly what you want in a salesman - easy going, knew his stuff, and wasn't pushy at all. Staff was patient and willing to take part in a fair negotiation, as well. I really wanted to leave a great review because Jimmy seems like a genuinely nice person. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I arranged a ride from a friend to work and dropped my car off before work at 8:00 a.m. I had previously confirmed that all service could be completed by 4:00 p.m., since I’m a teacher and would be walking back straight from work. I intentionally waited until around 2:30 p.m. to begin calling and texting, giving them the entire day to send me the cost estimate we had discussed. One of the last things Jimmy said was that he would contact me about the cost before servicing the vehicle.
