I purchased a 2010 Honda CRV 4 years ago from Ralphs. I was waiting to write a review to see how things went with the car but then it just slipped my mind. I found Ralphs to be very straightforward and easy to deal with. Once I finally decided on a car, it was such a simple process. There were some issues (tires, brakes, battery) that needed to be addressed and were, prior to picking up the car. There was an issue with the interior fabric that needed to be replaced and they were waiting for something to come in. When ready, I received a call to bring the car in and it was all set by the end of the day. I really don't want to jinx anything but in the 4 years I've had my car, things have been great. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to check them out and I would be happy to return f

Ralph, Tammy, & Andrew are all awesome! They were able to work with me on price and handle all of the paperwork and transaction from my home in Albany, NY. There were a few hurdles, but we managed to pay through mail and get my plates here in NY, so I was able to drive it home that weekend without having to make two trips. The car itself is great! Ralph made it easy to get a pre-purchase inspection from an independent mechanic to make sure the car was in good shape before I drove 3 hours there and 3 hours back! I came to Ralph' s after having a not so great experience buying my first car. The experience I had was great, a total 180 from the last place I had been! Ralph was very nice and everyone there made the process of buying another car simple and straightforward. The car I purchased was in great condition and priced accurately. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic in the beginning of March, I've had it for just over two months and I couldn't be any happier.
