I called in today to see if they can help me with my headlights.And I spoke to ralph, and he was the most encouraging person I ever met, even though I did not even meet him in person.The way that we spoke is like I know him.His customer service is excellent.I love the way that he gave me an inside of what was taking place with my car.I honestly have to say his customer services, one of the best that I ever experienced.I learned so much from speaking to him

I cannot recommend this place enough. My dad took me here to get new brakes and shocks for my car and I was in and out quickly. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. They have everything you need, and if they don't they can special order it for you. I'll never step foot in a big box auto parts store again. These are the places that should be highlighted and shared widely. Small businesses like this offer so much more than an AutoZone can.

I can’t say enough about the new headlights I installed from Ralph's. Ralph had asked me to try his very own brand…. And I am glad I did!! It was a total game changer for my nighttime driving!, I never had anything quite like them , even though I had installed the brightest lamps available at other retail parts stores… And that is just on my regular low beams ,, forget about the high beams. They are sick..I am so glad with taking Ralph’s advice- again. This man is a straight shooter and has never steered me wrong in my choice of parts.. Thanks Ralph!
