Ralph's Car Wash & Detail Center

We paid for a full service and were told the interior would be properly wiped and cleaned. However, when we checked the car, the inside was not cleaned properly. I politely asked the staff member to clean the visible marks, but he rudely threw the spray bottle and cloth inside the car, walked away, then returned and said he would not clean it. This kind of behavior was completely unprofessional and not what we expected. We also prepaid for an additional car wash because we were told the third one would be free. Based on this experience, we now feel that purchasing the second wash in advance was a waste of money.

Fine for basic $5 wash but definitely issues. The wash is NOT touchless, meaning it can have a chance to damage your car. The organization is horrible. Entering is a very tight turn, then the signs are horrible. It says stay in right lane for exterior wash, but the right lane takes you out of the wash line and gives you yet another awkward tight turn to try and get into the wash line. When there is a line this frequently creates issues. I almost got ran into by another car due to this. At the end of the wash, where they dry your car the stop is very abrupt and jerks your car. Then you have to sit inside the wash for them to dry your car which feels dangerous because if another car comes that would be an issue.

Ralph’s has a substantial following and the regulars love this place. As someone whos been on three seperate occasions each visit I purchase “the works” which is equivalent in price and “services” as waterways “The whole thing”. Common things Ive found in my experience with Ralphs in all three visits -not all surfaces are wiped down (such as dash, door panels) -vacuuming does not include places other than foot wells (rarely under the mats are vaccumed (1/3 times they did it and top of seats Overall quality of service is not on par with similar shops with comparable price points. While they do try to address issues as you point them out this takes out the convience factor me and requires extra time since they usually need excessive coaching. I needed a quick wash for my large pick-up truck. I stopped in and no waiting. They power wash the wheels and wheel wells. They removed the bugs on the windshield and front. Ran it through the car washer and dryer. Then they wiped down the whole truck. It looked awesome. The best part of the whole experience. It was done in 10 minutes. They charged me only 5.00 dollars. I tip the guy who wiped it down. When I found this. Now it's a weekly thing. I could not have done this by myself. Thanks Ralph for your services. Job well done every week.

I have a full service monthly membership and I cannot say enough good things about Ralph’s. I have never had any issues. Management is very helpful, everyone working on the vehicle treats my car with great care, I come in and it’s little a mini detail for the inside and out. Always smells amazing and looks great. They go above and beyond, never had any issues with scratches etc. every surface is hand wiped down. 10/10. If your car being clean is important to you and you can spare the cash I can’t suggest it enough.
