My diesel pickup was having turbo issues and kept having check engine lights. The dealer wanted to replace several major components with a price tag over $8000.00. I was 2 hours from home on a -20 degree morning and I called Ramsey when my car populated all sorts of alerts! I know nothing about cars and I called them because they were the closest to my hotel. Austin talked me through some questions and told me I was safe to drive to them. He took time to get under the hood and run some battery tests for me. He also explained to me about batteries and alternator. He gave me advice and armed with the results of his tests I took the 2 hours drive back to DSM and directly to my dealership. Im in town working and as life hits my truck threw a code. I called and they was able to squeeze me in. That was on a Frieday and I was able to pick my truck up on Monday afternoon. I have never been to a shop that was so meticulous and checked everything to make sure its properly working. You get what you pay for especially when you need your ride fixed asap.
