It was such a great experience buying our new Subaru Outback from Gavin Legg at Ramsey Subaru of Des Moines. He was a great communicator and handled all of the process professionally. We recieved a fair price for our trade and love our new ride. The new design of the Outbacks are beautiful and drive great. Thanks to all involved and for the great merch. I could not be more thankful for Patrick and the entire Service team that was present this Saturday morning (1/3/26). They turned a potential nightmare into a slight travel delay. I had just finished getting gas near I-80 late Friday evening, headed home to NY from Colorado, when many lights on the dashboard turned on and I lost all heat. I went straight to the nearest open auto parts store. They let me know a crucial valve was malfunctioning but they couldn’t do anything about it because the part would take them a week to get. They advised that I could drive in short bursts to NY, without heat, stopping every few hours to refill the coolant, and visit my mechanic in NY. In this cold….with my dog also in the car?!? Freaking out, I booked a hotel until I could figure out what to do to still

Had the heat valve go bad on my car. When I called it was on extended warranty. They got me in the next day to get it fixed. because it was on extended warranty. I didn’t owe anything. As always, fast, friendly service!

Great service and faster than expected. I dropped my Outback off ahead of my appointment time and the diagnosis was completed prior to the appointment time. The repair was completed the same day because the part needed was in stock at the dealership. Also the ServiceAdvisor was a pleasure to work with. If you're in the Des Moines area I would highly recommend Ramsey Subaru.

Awesome people, easy to work with, great communicators! I had to get my windshield and brake pads replaced. Picked up my car and they had cleaned the interior. I appreciate all those little things they did. Kaitlin, in the shop, is especially the one who made me feel taken care of. She’s awesome!!
