I came to Rancho because I was on a tight time crunch and needed repairs done on my Tesla as quickly as possible. Dario worked with me every step of the way—from the initial consultation, to ordering the necessary parts, to scheduling the repair and getting everything taken care of. The team did an amazing job, and I’m extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend working with Dario and his team. I am not too sure if they didn't personally care for me, however when I picked up my vehicle it was dirty, my tire was flat and there was little gas in my car. They repaired my rear bumper after a rear end accident and now my solid black car has a shiny , sparkly bumper that does not match the rest of my vehicle. They also attached the lighting of a different model vehicle to my car. Customer service was non existent. They never called, provided no updates. When I reached out to ask them to inspect my vehicle, I was told they cant do it for free. Why on earth would you think I'd ask for a free anything. I believe this had everything to do with me being a black woman. They showed little to no regard or concern for my needs or my car. I wish that I had chosen another autobody shop. I spo
