We were driving down to Miami from Toronto Canada and our Escalade battery completely died in Jacksonville FL. We called this Cadillac location and they were able to service our vehicle the same day. They were able to help us with a new battery and we were on our way in under 2 hours. Thank you to the nice lady who took our multiple service calls and to the person at the service stand. I was visit last Saturday for check it engine and suspension they are just charged me very high price and they trying me to do trade but I was check my car another dealer GMC they charged good price but they Cadillac southside very high price charged and I m also this regular costumer pls if you need any car try to another Cadillac dealer
