I patiently waited to write this review and tried to give the benefit of the doubt because I'm a pretty understanding person but that unfortunately tends to work against my favor in situations like this sometimes. Back in April I unfortunately encountered some damage to my vehicle and based off of a recommendation from someone I decided to come to Randy Marion. Right out the gate I was a bit hesitant because it took maybe a week or two for them to get back to me to get the ball rolling and I was in contact with someone else who said they could do the work but they got back to me finally and I had already started the process with insurance. Prior to work beginning I explained I had a PPF on the front bumper that was damaged and asked if that would be covered and noted in the write up. Fas

Their communication and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My car looks amazing! Like it was never damaged in the first place. This is my 2nd time with them and I have not been disappointed at all. Steve Brennan worked with me throughout the way from inspection, quotation, parts, budget, and delivery. Communication was timely and top notch! I had to pay out of pocket this time and was very considerate about it. They made my old Mazda 6 08' look new again. Will be coming back for any body repair needs in the future! Very reasonable prices. The photos don't do justice but you get my point. Thank you Steve!!
