Randy's Auto Body

I was referred to this business by an artificial intelligence app. Sadly, my experience here was very poor and feel it necessary to post a one star review so others aren’t misled by glowing reviews. I needed substantial work done to restore my truck, and I had a 3 week window of opportunity to get work done. I asked if they had the ability, interest AND time to do the work. I was assured they did and told I’d get a bid back in a few days. After a while I called to follow up. Got excuses. Then, I followed up shortly before my trip started. More excuses and told they are too busy to help. So, I was spared likely more excuses or worse but my window of opportunity for getting work done was lost. At least she was apologetic about it. -disappointed

I have worked with Kathy three times in just one week. The quote is reasonable, the efficiency is very high, and the finished product is also very good. Definitely trustworthy professional service!

I took my car to Randy's for rust repair. The repairs ended up being more work than initially expected. I asked that my car be fixed correctly and that is what they did. Randy's repaired the car as if "it was his own". Body work and paint looked great. Good communication during repairs including pics of work. I can recommend.

So I took a bolt-on accessory to Randy’s to have painted to match my car. I shopped it around and the person I spoke to at Randy’s seemed knowledgeable so I dropped it off there. THREE MONTHS LATER I am still no closer to getting this back than I was when I dropped it off. I went three weeks ago and the lady swore that they were waiting on a special paint additive and just got it in so it would be done next week. That was three weeks ago. No word. Stopping by again today - I’ll keep y’all posted. I’ll never do business here again. Not even sure I’ll finish this job here. I cannot explain this. No one could.
