I was going to wait to post but they have been so helpful and kind I didn't want to wait. My car was smashed up five hours from home on the way to another state and my Roadside assistance was going to take 48 hours to get a Tow truck to my vehicle. Randy's was the nearest certified repair shop within my insurance network and they were out there with a tow within 30 minutes. I accidentally called before they opened and was kindly directed to call back in about 15 minutes when I could have easily been ignored. They basically took the stress out of a very new and stressful situation- helped situate my dogs and had a rough answer for me within 15 minutes of arrival and helped push along a rental car faster. The repairs are extensive and will take some time but I trust by their level of custome

We have been using Randy’s for many years. We just picked up our Tahoe a few days ago. They go above and beyond, their work is wonderful. Thanks to their amazing staff.

If you don’t have top tier insurance or a new car , don’t go to Randy’s body shop in Paducah Ky. They have terrible service skills at front desk and said my insurance wouldn’t pay in wich I absolutely know that they will pay . Bad skills and another shop told me that they don’t have enough shop employees. So , I will never go back there and I will go viral about it. Front desk lady acted like I was wasting her time. Great service skills , NOT!

They did a great job witht the repairs on my vehicle. They actually finished a little ahead of the estimated completion date as well. They have a system in place that notifies you of the progress with your vehicle. Im very pleased with the work performed and they have great customer service. Would recommend to anyone in need of repairs.

I don't think I'll go anywhere else. Got bumped by a distracted driver, ended up with a bunch of cosmetic damage and an unbearable wind noise at speed. They worked me in faster than expected, and when the car was done, you couldn't tell anything happened! They even detailed it inside and out, and it seems even quieter than when I dropped it off. They are busy for good reason, definitely worth the wait.
