Randy‘s Towing is the best. I had my car key stolen on a Sunday night. Sierra was the tow driver. He came and helped me out quickly. He also gave me plenty of information about how to be safe in Albuquerque and how to avoid having your car stolen. This was an invaluable advice. He even gave me a ride back to my hotel because he knew I didn’t have anyone in town to help me. He’s a great guy and I will always use Randy’s towing.

Randy's Towing is very accommodating. They were prompt and very professional. The operator of the Tow truck was very pleasant and helpful. He showed me the common part that fails on my shift cable on my Tahoe. It's a $10.00 part and 5 minutes to fix. He saved me going to a service center. Highly recommend them.

My alternator gave out on 25, and my insurance company set me up with Randy's towing. The driver got to me faster than my husband did, and got me and the van to the shop less than an hour after I first broke down. He was quick, friendly, and got the van exactly into the corner the mechanics shop wanted. Made a bad experience so much less stressful!

Randy's Towing came to my rescue earlier this evening. The driver, Rafael was excellent. He not only showed up 10 minutes earlier then expected, he was extremely polite and friendly. He deserves a 10 star rating for sure.
