Im rather disappointed with the service I received and Rank 1, i had upper and lower tie rods done on my Accura, 1. I was given no receipt 2. I called and asked the guy, why my car still shook, he responded it could be the tires or something else??? 3. The guy said, we did the work you were quoted a price so he fixed what I requested???? What!!!! What happened to Customer service, so what he told me was he didn't check anything on car ... 4. I 64 years old and getting treated like this is disgusting!!!!!!

Steve’s great. Had my 13 RAV4 get an auto start installed from him about two years ago which was quick and easy. My wife lost her auto start remote for her 15 RAV4 which was from Best Buy, but he was able to get a kit in with upgraded FM for a good deal.
