Rapid Car Wash

We take our commercial vehicles here if you’re every snowfall this is gotta be the cleanest most well kept car wash in Rochester. The owner. Mark is very friendly and always willing to help with his customers.

Very disappointed. Have been a happy customer for well over a decade. On 12-18 I went to the touch free lane. Swiped credit card (did not get receipt never needed one before} Nothing happened. Was car wash not functioning, no sign either. But machine took payment. Stupidly I even tried a different card, same result. So charged twice for no car washes. Called number listed inside on 12-18. I was told problems with equipment and they would refund. i texted receipt and web based credit charge the next day as requested NO RESPONSE OR REFUND NOW 5 DAYS LATER. ridiculous rip off UPDATE after almost 2 weeks they contacted me. TOO LATE already had credit card issuer remove charges.

Disappointing. Used them for years and find the touch less stall leaves the car less than well cleaned. Especially the front (bugs) and the back of the SUV. Tried the stall where you spray the car yourself. Never again. Each sprayer nozel (there are 3 depending on your selection of product) took a minute to actually start producing the product (soap, foam...) 5 dollars to get started gives you 5 minutes, less the time for the stuff to come out, as fast as I could go I could go, I only get halve the car covered with soap. So another payment, with the extra time I thought I'd use the foam that acts like wax but alas it only spit bits of water and puffs of air. Because of rushing, when dry it was obviously not cstall. alll. In the end I washed the car at home.

I used to love this place to hand wash my car in the winter, but the last 3 times have been a disappointment. Twice the high pressure soap did not have soap, just water. The attendant gave me extra time the first time and offered the second, but I was all done and it was too late. He said there would still be a little soap in it, but there was 0 lather on my car or wash mitt. He said the triple foam was working.Why not put up a sign and let people know? Also, the card reader didn't work 2 out of 3 times. The attendant said they "were working on it."
