Beware!! Jack did a tuneup on our mint condition Astro van. Charged us $700, overpriced, but we paid and thanked him. A few days later we started the van and it had zero oil pressure. We immediately shut it off and saw a huge puddle of oil under the van. He had left the old oil filter gasket under the new one, which resulted in an oil blow out. Jack came to us and replaced the filter and oil which we graciously thanked him for. Since then our engine has had a horrible knocking noise which was determined to be rod knock by another mechanic. We discovered Jack had also overfilled our oil this time by 2 quarts. We towed it in to Jacks only for him to attempt to say it’s fine, just leave. We refused, and he finally agreed to look it over. I had my first car accidents in my life all consecutively; 1 SUV sized car T-bones my standard sized sedan; then 2 months later an 18-wheeler turned onto a side street & hadn’t even noticed they shattered my rear windshield removing the back bumper & messing the truck up; Then weeks after that another semi truck made a bad turn & tore through another bit of the car. Jack was very nice. He had quick availability and gave me fair prices and worked very efficiently. I was able to drop it off and pick it up within 2-3 hours and it was less than I expected. Super impressed with Rapid Wrench. Jack got me in right away and got me up and running right away. The previous mechanic had misdiagnosed the issue, and I would have spent $700 on a new radiator install, when what I actually needed was a $450 water pump install. Thanks for the great service and personal touch. 100% recommended.
