Rapids Express Car Wash

I recently signed up to become a member. I was happy with new machines. The establishment is very clean. The employees are super nice. However, this past Sunday the dry tumble machine broke my rear wiper arm. I was told the damage would be under investigation, and it may be possible the business won't pay for the damage. The proof is recorded. The machine damaged the wiper arm. UPDATE******* The manager/owner replaced the wiper arm. Unfortunately didn't cover the labor to replace the wiper arm. Thank you for replacing the wiper arm.

I had a fantastic experience at Rapids Express Car Wash — quick, spotless, and totally worth it. Their EZ-ON conveyor made entry super easy and eliminated any worries about damaging my rims or tires. The tunnel is bright, clean, and modern, and my car came out gleaming. I also signed up for their unlimited-wash plan, which gives me great value and flexibility. Highly recommend this spot if you want a fast, efficient, and quality wash every time.

Wow! These couple days have been raining bad, just today I have thought it stop, wrong! It rained again I was disappointed. after work I went straight to rapids for my car wash I then was greeted by The team Dani, Carmen, billy and Marvin. I explained to them about my situation and how the rain messed my car. Let me tell you this team is awesome! they really know how to welcome you and they treat you like family! They really made my day today. I’ve been coming here since thy open up this new location and it’s going so great here. Thank you again to the team for always greeting me every time I come here

Stopped by for their grand opening. Everyone here was so kind, I know it was their grand opening but still made the experience very enjoyable, especially when there is another location just down the road. Very excited to have this location near by. Want to especially call out Eddie. He was in the lot checking on guests as their where drying their cars making sure everything was good. He even got my husband a towel and was going out of his way to help other guests. Welcome to the neighborhood!
