RAPS NAPA Auto Parts

Extremely poor customer service all around. Unwilling to assist customers. Needed a part for my work truck and they said they had three of them but they were in a box to go back to the warehouse in the back of their store and they are unwilling and absolutely refuse to go grab it. They are the only store in New England to have the part that I am trying to buy today to get this truck back on the road! The next nearest available part is in Maine!

Did not fix my car. Said they didn't have the part and sent me home with an overheating engine. "You should be alright. K thanks bye!" It was just the Top Hose for the coolant. I bought it at NAPA and put it in myself, same day. Took about 15 minutes. Total cost $38 Belise Chevy Service quoted me $250. I don't blame them for trying.

Great inventory as for any project needed done last minute they'd definitely be the go to store for sure... Although the pricing is outrageous opposed to other Auto Part Store options. RAPS is the closest Auto Parts Store to anyone in the surrounding areas as well which is a great selling point for customers. This by far has quality and quantity so if it's ok spending the extra money then this is the right Auto Parts Store for you!!
