Truly exceptional customer service! Not only did Greg track down the small parts we needed, he was willing to sell them to us separately so we didn't have to buy an entire large part that we really don't need. Not only that, when we didn't have a chance to reply because we were sailing for several days, he followed up to make sure that our needs were met.
