Ratchet Industries Paintless Dent Repair and Restoration

Absolutely horrible never go here for actual repair work to be done paid over 2,000 got my car back still had a broken mirror and the door that they supposedly fixed is now cracking and flaking because the bondo is drying out lol.. scam artists please please go anywhere else. Notice how all the good reviews are only wraps because that’s all they can actually complete, To be honest this experience seems like an insurance scam they took the money from the insurance but didn’t fix the problem??? Hmmm shady to me .It completely makes sense that they are not registered with the BBB.

I took my 2018 Jaguar F-Type in to get wrapped and all of Ratchets team stopped what they were doing to help me choose the right color for my car spending a good hour with me making sure the color was a perfect fit. Decided to go ahead and wrap the car they squeezed me into their busy schedule and got it done in less then a week! And to top it off they even wrapped my model car in the same wrap! I will be bringing back my other cars because of there attention to detail and professionalism.

I took my car in to have a couple of items wrapped (door handles and spoiler) and have a ceramic coat performed on the entire exterior. I shopped at a few places prior to scheduling with Ratchet and I felt comfortable with their explanation/communication. They showed me current cars they were working on and the garage was clean, everyone was friendly and I just felt more comfortable there than I did at other shops. They took the car for the length of time we agreed on, charged me what we agreed on, and I think the results are amazing. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change anything, and they’d still get my business.

I am THRILLED!! My car looks amazing and the team at Ratchet was so great to work with! They walked me through the process and I loved their ideas. I just thought you put one color on the whole car, but the experts that they are, assured me you need to have another color (especially on my type of car) to really make it work. And it does!! I confess, I was nervous because this is totally new for me but I am a wrap fan!
