Raul and his team are amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure your car is returned to you better than it came in. Customer service and the level or work is above dealerships and other bigger repair shops. Thanks for all the work!

It took from July to finally be legal. I had a long paragraph about my experience but when I tried to add photos it went away. I'm glad it's done. The phote shows a place where a part was missing and a photo of my dash that now has the red airbag and engine lights are on now. Only once did they say they would call me back. I called many times over the 5 weeks they had my car. I'm glad I was given a loaner. The car wasn't put back together, I had to wait for them to do it. Not sure why they waited until I got there.

I called Raul's Auto Repair in regards to replacing my A/C Compressor. They saw me the same day! Tested my compressor, and replaced it by the next morning. Amazing service! Quality repair. They have my future service.

I have been going to Raul’s Auto Repair for over 10 years now maybe even 19 years since I’ve been living here in Covina. I want to say that Raul’s very honest, very reasonable and trustworthy and if you have anything that needs to be done to your vehicle the place to go is Rao a family orientated repair shop. You will never be disappointed.

These guys are pretty straight forward. The prices can vary depending on the job needed done but they are honest. They do the job and do it pretty quick . Haven't had anything to complain about. I had a car parked at another mechanic shop after the other mechanic quoted me 1500 he calls back the next day saying it was gonna be 2800 . Raul had a tow truck go and pick up my car from the other shop at no cost and did the job for 1800 after taxes 2100. Awesome of him to do that .
