First time customer. Was recommended this shop by a co worker after a bad experience at another shop. Glad I gave Raw Auto a try. I had time constraint issues and they were very accommodating. They also charged me for a remanufactured starter and gave me a brand new one, a $140 upgrade totally free. Top notch experience

So I first off want to say the guys in the shop are phenomenal. Straight forward and honest workers. That is the only reason I am leaving this a 3 star. If this was based off of only the front desk lady named Jessica it would be a zero. She has no respect nor knows how to be professional. I was trying to say something and she just kept over talking me like I didn't know what I was talking about. She definitely made me feel belittled. Now I'm not saying I know alot about mechanics but I know enough. And for the way that she talked to me was again completely unprofessional. I hope she learns to not be that way towards customers or people in general. Almost felt like she was having an emotional breakdown but pointing it in the wrong way. Hopefully she treats the guys in the shop better than
