Billy and the guys that rent a wheel in Victoria, Texas are great. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time anywhere. And their easy rent to own program comes with great perks like free front alignment. Those are expensive, free, balance, and rotation for the life of the lease, and roadside assistance road hazard all come with the program. I was able to get all four tires for the price of about one and a half and I only have to pay $40 a week. I love rent wheel in Victoria, Texas.

So I am a first time renter from this company, and I was late on my payments which I understand come and grab your tires, but then they left me with no tires on my vehicle and the tires that were left did not even fit my vehicle. I asked where are the tires you took from me when I started renting and they admitted to selling them. I asked to get my rims back they said no one has the skill set to take off the tires from the rim and they said legally they didn't even have to give me any tires. Would not recommend as a new renter maybe for advanced rentes and going through the process before but if you're a first time it's more opportunities to screw you over. This is an honest review & experience with this shop. If the owner or manager replies with an explanation or anything other than an apology, they’re lying. Dishonest. Time wasters. Unprofessional. Bill was cool, but that’s about it. Spoke to a gentleman named Jamal there, twice. Both times I was transparent that my truck was running steel spacers on the rear (I have a dually). Both times there were no problems. I told him I was missing a lug on one of my spacers & he told me plainly “don’t worry about it. We’ll get you taken care of.” Told me to show up at 5:30pm on a Monday (talked to him on Friday). Called them before going in to confirm my appointment on that Monday. I recently had to purchase 4 new tires for my vehicle, the team at my local rent a wheel was very helpful in ordering them since they were not in stock. They placed the order on Saturday and received them on yesterday. Thank you, Justin, for installing my tires in this nasty cold weather I really do appreciate it and for the team for giving great customer service!

I highly recommend these guys !! They're great guys and really easy to deal with. Franklin is always very honest with you too, and being a lady I truly appreciate that considering most of the time people try to take advantage of some ladies not having the knowledge on buying tires.
