Rawcliffe's Service Center

Went in for a scheduled inspection before work... 45 minutes later they tell me I need new front break pads. Then they replace a bulb without my permission. Not a huge deal but you should tell the customer before doing anything that wasn't agreed upon initially. Then they quoted me almost 600 bucks for front break pads and rotors. I don't need rotors, my dealership already told me that. So I'm just going back to the dealership for now on. I'll still leave a 3 but I wasn't very impressed.

Had the best experience and customer service here. Rob and Taylor were incredibly kind and helpful, and Kevin handled my repairs with an obvious expertise. Very grateful to be driving my car with peace of mind. Thank you, Rawcliffe team!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this was my 3rd visit here over the last couple years and they truly made my day with a cruise control not working (user error 🤣). They are always honest about their schedule and I'm relieved that I can afford to drive a Porsche knowing its affordable to fix in their capable hands. Thank you!

I’ve been to other shops that TRY and find stuff they can charge you for. Not these guys. We brought in our car thinking it needs new tires, got it checked out and ended up not needing them. It’s hard to find a honest place you can trust, which is why we will be back when we do need new ones! Thank you!

I have worked with Rob Rawcliff for over 5 years now. He and the Rawcliff team are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and always go above and beyond for their customers. I highly reccomend them, whether it's for car services or detailing. We took in a 2000 Mercedes clk 55 AMG , that was in desperate need of refurbishing. After sitting and being stored for 8 years, mice had done alot of damage to wiring etc...Rawcliffs brought it back to life ! They are fantastic to work with. You and your car will be a priority to them. I also recently took in my 1971 Chevy K5 Blazer to show Rob. He asked if I was going to take the hard top off... I told him that I'd love to but I didn't have anywhere to store the top for the summer. He is such an amazing person, he said no problem, we'll take off
