As always my visit to service was made pleasant from the moment I arrived and until check out. I found the service person to be clear, courteous and efficient. The waiting area was made comfortable with good coffee, donuts, water, etc. As always the area was clean, along with the bathroom. Because of the good experience with each visit it makes it easier to schedule an appointment when you know everything is being done to ensure your comfort as well as completing service quickly.

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. First appointment to take my truck in for an assessment. Dec.3rd 2pm…front desk secretary was out to lunch so one of the employees “checked me in”, asked nature of my visit since he didn’t see anything of my appointment. Still took my assessment, walked the vehicle with me, told me they’d call me the following week for a estimated date of when the repairs could get done. NEVER GOT A CALL. Called back 2 weeks after the 3rd of December to refresh the “brains” of this shop of my visit (which they forgot, “fell through the cracks”). New appointment for February 21st to take the truck in for the repairs. Wife called to verify appointment today and again no knowledge of my upcoming appointment on their end. I get that we are in a supply shortage and high

I went to the dealership in search of help in figuring out my KIA's special features and to check on an appointment for service. The Internet Sales Manager Ursula greeted me an proceeded to give me a crash course in KIA. I left enlightened and confident in navigating the electronics and will see the Service Manager, no appointment needed.

Worst buying experience I’ve ever had. We had an untrained salesman Kenny Smith. When we asked a question about the warranty he got mad slammed papers on his desk, and told me to get the (F) (I won’t use the real word) Out of the dealership and that he didn’t want to sell me a (F) car. He and the manager are personal friends, he told me Kenny was going through personal stuff and apologized for him. NOTHING ELSE was done, worst part he still works there AND. after reporting this, NOTHING Not a call NOTHING

I brought my car in for service around 8 a.m. There was one person in the waiting room. My car was brought in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, there was a rattle coming from the rear. Very soon after that the waiting room filled up. I waited for about 3 hours before my car was returned to me and everyone was gone from the waiting room and I still have the rattle.
