I have my Car seating at the service center from past two weeks from now. When I called Omar he says he see cars wating to be checked here for six weeks and don't know when my car will get fixed and will try to get loanar car for me sometimes this week. This is not the type of service we expect from Brand name like Mercedes.
My LR2 broke down on a Saturday night. I had it towed to the service center in edison and had to keep it there till monday morning. When I went early this morning to figure out what to do. Mr. Douglas Bertrand once again took care of everything. His excellent service and professionalism is the reason we keep going to Land Rover Edison. Thank you Doug!! Terribly expensive. Wasted an hour waiting for nothing. They charge $186/hr for labor. Quoted 3k for a simple electrical issue. Never visiting again.
