She takes the time to explain everything in detail and ensures I understand exactly what’s being done. A loaner car is always ready and waiting, which makes the whole experience stress-free. Pick-up is equally effortless. If you choose to wait, there’s a comfortable seating area with complimentary beverages. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—everyone is genuinely friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle anywhere else.

Keith is absolutely phenomenal—hands down the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Every question I had (and I had quite a few!) was answered clearly and thoroughly. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Keith is the GOAT (Greatest of All Time)! Everytime you visit this place they treat you with respect and they value your time. Mostly everything will be clear on paper for your service. Response from Randy the service executive was commendable. They did my service in time and with everything place. I would recommend this place for sales and service as well. I just want to start off by saying that I am very disappointed in the service that I was provided here at Ray Catena Land Rover. I brought the car in for a repair on the windshield, which was slightly cracked. My vehicle was taken in and the car was slighty low on coolant along with an active recall on the vehicle. However, as the car was returned to me, it was given back very dirty, significantly dirtier on the exterior than when it was brought in. On top of that, the coolant on the vehicle was left exactly the same and the recall was left unserviced as well. Out of all the vehicles I have and had, this is by far the most disappointing experience I have had at any service center. Common courtesy would be to, at the very least, inspect the vehicle as well as slightly clean it when it is re
