Ray Platts Auto Center & Towing

These guys stepped up and took exceptional care of me today. Tommy (?) kept in excellent communication with me about ETA and progress throughout. Once here he was superbly professional and friendly, going above to answer my questions and explain the process. He had my car on-board and properly secured for transport in moments. He mentioned that it's a family business and he's making his family proud. I took a card from him and will be using Ray Platt's Towing every time from here out. Also they do motorcycle towing, which for us riders can be very hard to find. All around great experience!

These guys are great! I found myself with a flat tire in the parking lot of a nearby business. I called Ray Platts Auto and Jake immediately drove down to where I was stranded to put a donut on my car for me. Then he ordered a new tire for me and put it on as soon as it came in. Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - excellent service!!!

I would highly recommend them for any of your car maintenance needs! I needed a battery jump on two different days over the weekend outside of business hours. They were very responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to meet my car needs! Ultimately, the battery was replaced and I was given the absolute best price and they were super convenient and efficient. I will return moving forward. I need new tires and an inspection and I will be reaching out so that they can handle these. 10/10 recommend :)

Tom was sent to me through my roadside service request to help me retrieve my keys from my car from my own stupid fault!!!! He showed up in a short amount of time and was super communicative when and what time he was going to meet me. Tom was very professional and brought comedic relief to my silly self locking my keys in my car. He was quick and resourceful & very patient!!! I would recommend this company and Tom to anyone for any roadside assistance!!!
