Working with Lou, Bruce and Robert was a pleasure. All three were responsive to our needs and answered all our questions. We were contacted by another dealership during the process which was high pressure. As always the sales team was great to deal with, no pressure, and got everything done in about 60 minutes. The Explorer was clean and ready for delivery exactly when promised. A great total experience.

I'm specifically reviewing the "Quick Lane" part. Relatively decent. I went for a multi-point inspection. Where I come from (sputhern GA), those cost money, but evidently, they're "free" here. I was given straight "red" for my suspension, front and rear, left and right. Honestly? Hard for me to believe it,because I daily-drive my truck up and down and round and round mountain roads. And they NEVER lifted my truck. I was a lube and tire tech for about 8 years. There's a simple "shake test" to do to the wheels to determine where the point of failure is: wheel bearings, ball joints, or tie rod ends. You can't do it with the vehicle on the ground.
