Raymond's Automatic Transmission Service

Brought in my 2010 Murano for a second estimate after another place had quoted me $600 to replace the seal between the transmission and the engine. Turns out that Aldo (owner) concluded that the seal was fine and that it was just a damaged line that was leaking the fluid. Under $100 to get rid of the leak!! I’m so grateful with the way this was handle; saved me $$$$$$!!!

Took my truck Wednesday was told it would be done by the end of the day I gave them all day called and they said the got the wrong part they will get it Thursday. I called 12:30pm Thursday they said it would take 3 hours. I called end of day they told me they would call me in 5 min never called me then closed shop. Friday I called they said it will be done at 11am I went to pick it up and it was parked in the same spot not serviced at all. He said they were backed up so I told them that's fine but be honest about it. I took days off work to spend with family because I thought my truck would be done. I picked up my truck and left they didn't care or show any remorse. Horrible service do not recommend.

Went in for electrical problem, no communication from transmission. These guys had the harness replaced THE SAME DAY! They didn’t try to rob me either, super low priced. I even made it on time to work, thanks guys!!!!

He did a great job on doing a rebuild on my 02’ Chevy avalanche. He told me it be 4 days and did it in 3 days. If anything more like 2 days. Also, to go back in 3 weeks for a check up. To make sure there’s no leaks. With a 1 year warranty. He’s always be a good and honest man. He will test drive it to make sure it is your transmission and if it’s not, he will tell you it’s not the transmission. I highly recommend his shop and I will be going to him in the future. Great Honest Trustworthy. My clutch went out and after dropping off, they called me to go by. I did and they showed me the flywheel was cracked in half. I purchased my own flywheel and they installed it along with a new clutch at a very reasonable price. I like that they called to show me what the problem was and were very transparent about everything. They did a GREAT JOB. Car still running strong!
