I took my car in to get the AC service. It was a Saturday afternoon and even though I didn't have an appointment they took me in. I had to wait a few minutes because they were working on other cars but when they came over to my car, it took about 40 minutes total to get my AC charged again. They were very professional and Jose was very easy to talk to. I like the casual atmosphere and the mechanics were easy to talk to as well. I will be bringing my car back here again for more services.

José and his team always take care of my car with the utmost professionalism and experience. Every time I need them, they come through without fail. They’re fast, honest, and truly dependable. What I appreciate most is how they treat me like family whenever I bring my car in for maintenance or any issues. Wow! Another great experience with Rays. Mgr. Jose is good on his word. I bring my (8) vehicles here. Each and every time . And mgr.Jose assist my concerns promptly. I had used decent shops here in Chula vista . But didn’t get the professionalism and consideration from them. They used to be a fair automotive service, now they are no different than any other automotive service. Got bad vibes from Jose and his crew, and twice already he tried to make me overpay for something I shouldn't. He wanted to charge me $125 to replace an air filter, then was willing to make me pay $2200 to replace some engine filter when the engine isn't damaged. Maybe it was different under Ray, but if you are not informative about automobiles, Jose will try to exploit you. Edit: Me being allergic to Christianity has nothing to do with the vibes I bring out. What was originally a $2,500-$3k engine overhaul, was under $800. Thank you for thorough testing and being honest that it was a simple job instead of a head gasket work.
