If you want EXCEPTIONAL service, go to Rays collision. I had the best experience with them getting my car completely fixed! Somebody rear-ended me and instead of going through the collision company that their insurance recommended I took a gamble and it paid off IMMENSELY!! In addition to the accident damage, I had a pretty big scratch that wasn’t associated with it but they took the time to buff that out and made it look brand new! They are wonderful and a family business that made me feel like one of them! Huge shout out to Kevin and Victor with the communication and quick turn around! I have used Ray's collision twice, both for an accident repair. 1st one they were able to fix my back end but the 2nd one, the insurance company totalled the vehicle. Victor is who I have recently dealt with and he is amazing! Very communicative, very friendly. Always answered my questions. Just a kind human. The whole staff is great. I would 100% recommend them!

Victor and all the folks at Ray’s Collision were super helpful and honest when it came to the repairs I needed done on my 2013 Fiat Abarth 500c Turbo (LOLA). I had my AC repaired at a shop in Hollister FL and they damaged parts of her exterior, interior and airbag system. So much so, I called my insurance company and made a claim. Lola may be old but still has life left and I wasn’t ready or prepared to let her go. She is not an easy car to get parts for either but Victor found what was needed. Ray’s Collision made her look sharp again and I am so thankful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A couple of weeks ago I ended up backing my truck into a pillar. I was referred to Ray's Collision by Bozzard Ford, and they didn't disappoint. TJ provided me with a quote, kept me updated on the status of the repairs, and they were able to quickly repair and calibrate my tail light, replace the right rear quarter panel, and even took my truck over to Bozzard Ford to have them put in a spray in bed liner while they waited for parts to arrive. If I ever need body work again I'll be taking my truck to Ray's Collision.
