I went in without an appointment told them my issue, the looked it over came and got me to show me what needed to be done gave me an excellent amazing price told me it would be done in an hour and it was done in 35 minutes. Shitty shop. Waited 30 minutes for them to be open in the cold for a simple muffler clamp repair.. 10 minute job. Made sure they had a bay open but dude didn’t want to help me just asked if I wanted to leave the car. Muffler bros in Franklin every time screw rays muffler. Laziness.

I have had several vehicles serviced there over the years, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations with their friendly, professional service and affordable, high-quality repairs. Recently, I experienced compression loss issues and took my vehicle to another service center for diagnostics.
