This was as easy and pleasant a fix for a big problem as you can hope for. My Expedition was having transmission issues. Took it into the dealer for a check and got a quote for a full rebuild. Decided to try a place that specializes in transmissions and ended up at Razorback Transmission. Tony is amazing. He figured out the problem and gave a full explanation in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up paying quite a bit less than what the dealer quoted, the work was done pretty quickly and we were always kept up to date with a call from Tony with any updates.
